CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Become proficient in Alpha-Stim technology, ERP system, and customer service support functions.
- Field incoming calls and provide general customer assistance.
- Process sales and order entries as needed.
- Perform follow-up to ensure sales are completed.
- Document and maintain sales cycles, customer/rep contact, and support activities in CRM/ERP according to Quality System Manual.
- Provide technical and clinical support in alignment with company Quality System Manual.
- Support the Customer Service Manager with distributors, representatives, retail, and government customers.
- Assist and support distributors/independent representatives in the field.
- Prepare and provide activity reports to the Customer Service Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
