RECEPTIONIST
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Welcomes and directs customers and clients
- Maintains filing systems as assigned
- Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs
- Establish customer relationships & follow up with customers as needed
- Use customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about products and services
- Performs other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in an administrative role highly preferred
- Must have experience operation standard office equipment. Ex.: copier, fax, scanners
- Previous administrative office experience preferred
