STAFFING COORDINATOR
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, overtime as needed
Pay DOE, plus monthly performance bonus
 
Leading staffing agency committed to matching outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities is currently seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our office and providing comprehensive support in our staffing efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Answer phones and communicate with applicants in a direct, friendly manner
  • Follow the standard recruiting and human resources policies, practices, and procedures 
  • Enter and maintain integrity of data in the applicant tracking system 
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess a high volume of candidates across multiple job opening/requisitions 
  • Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain they have all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)
  • Manage internal candidates, including screening, coordination of interviews 
  • Administer pre -employment testing where applicable and compare qualifications to job requirements for exempt and non -exempt roles 
  • Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing for qualified candidates 
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates during hiring process to ensure timely feedback and an optimal experience 
  • Submit offer request for review and approval. Follow-up with candidate regarding offer details 
  • Close out job requisitions in the applicant tracking system and follow-up with candidates who interviewed that were not extended an offer 
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity 
  • A faster than average work pace is necessary, combined with impatience for results. Follow-up of delegated work must be very thorough 
  • Change is an ongoing occurrence of this job and will be approached conservatively and with the support and guidance of management 
  • Invoicing/Payroll Duties 
  • Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong Customer Services skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Above average Computer skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong Time Management Skills
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
