Job Description

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN 
Monday - Friday, mandatory overtime as needed 
6:00 am - 6:00 pm 
$20.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Interpret and follow electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine required materials for control panel and electrical equipment assembly
  • Assemble control panels and electrical equipment according to specifications and quality standards
  • Use and operate testing equipment, including voltmeters, to verify proper electrical function
  • Test completed control panels and equipment to ensure correct operation and performance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues during startup and post-installation
  • Work collaboratively with the assembly team and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as required
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support manufacturing operations
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Associate Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge and experience with 480 VAC three-phase systems
  • Knowledge and experience with 24 VDC systems
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • High level of initiative, dependability, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
