Job Description

STAFFING COORDINATOR  
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm, overtime as needed 
$18.00+ per hour, DOE plus monthly performance bonus
 
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative, personnel and office functions in a fast-paced office environment. An extreme sense of urgency is needed, combined with getting work done in complete, accurate detail and in accordance with company standards and policies. The motivation for this position comes from a strong sense of duty and a feeling of responsibility for completing work both quickly and correctly. 
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Coordinate communication with candidates, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming interviews.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activity in our HR systems.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Area Account Executive to understand their staffing needs and assist in planning recruitment strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in hiring practices.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Work along with the Area Account Executive to develop new accounts and build existing accounts.
  • Complete timekeeping/invoice procedures to ensure employees are paid correctly and clients are billed correctly.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the Operations Manager
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in staffing, recruitment and/or HR role 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proficient computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Bilingual a plus
