Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm, mandatory overtime
$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Help verify product ingredients before adding to the kettle
- Follow the cook directions thoroughly
- Assembly of the Kettles, Pumps, and Piping
- Help with rework in the Packaging Room
- Follow the Cook Lead’s instruction to ensure efficient production
- Work safely while lifting and operating equipment
- Perform duties while understanding and observing company policies on food safety, product quality and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Kettle Room
- Other job duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prefer a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Ability to perform basic reading and math computations needed for following the cook directions
- Must also have a full understanding of the company’s HACCP Plan, GMP’s, and SSOP’s
- Able to work well with others as a team member
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
