MAINTENANCE
Direct Hire
Monday – Friday
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
** Must be available for emergency repairs after hours**
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to vehicles and equipment at the facility
- Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and basic installations of the irrigation system
- Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and test functionality
- Perform routine maintenance on tractors, utility mules, sprayers, and related machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation components, including drip systems
- Handle plumbing diagnostics and repairs
- Complete basic carpentry tasks and general facility upkeep
- Execute minor electrical repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience required
- Hands-on experience with mechanical repairs (tractors, small engines, etc.)
- Strong electrical skills required
- Carpentry and plumbing experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
