Personnel Services is seeking a results-driven Sales | Consultant / Area Account Executive to generate new business and grow client accounts in the manufacturing and industrial market.
This role is perfect for a sales professional who enjoys outside sales, prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building. We are looking for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying workforce needs and presenting staffing solutions that deliver results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Prospect and develop new business through outside sales calls, client visits, networking, and referrals
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct needs assessments and recommend staffing solutions
Work closely with recruiting teams to fill client needs
Meet sales goals and grow revenue
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client communication
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Outside sales and consultative sales experience preferred
Manufacturing, industrial, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Strong computer skills
