ACCOUNTING CLERK
Monday - Thursday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm (lunch provided)
$18.75 - $20.50 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Process accounts payable: verify invoices, obtain approvals, and schedule payments
- Manage accounts receivable: generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Complete title work: review, register, and process legal documents related to asset ownership
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with month-end closing and prepare financial reports as needed
- Maintain accurate, organized financial records in compliance with company procedures
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to address billing or documentation issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and title processing
- SAP experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
