This position is ideal for an experienced HR and accounting professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-business environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience independently handling employee-related HR responsibilities while also possessing the accounting expertise necessary to manage the financial functions of the business.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, maintains confidentiality, and is comfortable serving as a trusted resource to both employees and company leadership.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?

  • Stable and growing construction company
  • Broad ownership and opportunity to make an impact
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Diverse HR, payroll, and accounting responsibilities
