ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and internal teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documents
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping functions
- Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor services
- Assist with planning and execution of meetings, events, and special projects
- Ensure a professional, organized, and efficient office environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM or database systems preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
