CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
$19.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Process customer orders received through email and EDI and distribute to scheduling and shipping departments.
- Professional and accurate communication with both internal and external customers.
- Learn FXI’s manufacturing processes and products to provide the knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service.
- Review customer open order reports to ensure internal system aligns with customer requirements.
- Acknowledge and work to resolve customer complaints/issues.
- Analyze customer forecast/demand and communicate changes to materials team.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, concerns as well as any actions and resolutions taken.
- May work on special projects/assignments upon request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills a must
- SAP experience desired
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Previous Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
