ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:30 pm 
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Greet and direct visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and make referrals as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
  • Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential personnel files.
  • Sort, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with maintaining financial records, including accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and other documents for meetings, mailings, and correspondence.
  • Support office operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10–25 pounds occasionally.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred; Fishbowl software a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and clerical systems.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
