$17.00 per hour
The Operation Attendant at the airport is responsible for providing courteous and efficient customer service to tenants and fuel patrons while performing various operational and clerical duties related to daily airport operations. This includes managing airport fueling equipment and maintaining airport grounds. The position requires flexibility in hours, with scheduled shifts primarily during weekdays and alternating weekends.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Provide customer service to tenants and fuel patrons
• Perform airport fueling operations
• Maintain airport grounds including mowing, weed eating, and spraying
• Conduct hangar repairs as needed
• Handle daily clerical work in accordance with departmental policies and regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of airport and aircraft operations
• Ability to diagnose problems and make necessary repairs
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety standards to prevent hazards
• Aviation experience preferred
