JOB SUMMARY
The Area Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition and account management. This role demands a results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our staffing services to clients and build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Acquisition
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
Sales and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our staffing services and presenting compelling value propositions.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement
- Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinators to identify and match candidates with client needs.
- Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
- Strong computer skills
- Human Resource experience a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
