ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Monday - Friday
8:30 am - 5:30 pm
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain up to date billing system and carry out billing duties.
- Filing, data entry, and coordinating with sale staff and customers about billing and payments.
- Generate and sending out invoices.
- Allocating, following up and collecting payments.
- Reporting all daily work-related activities.
- Following very specific deadlines
- Performing customer account reconciliation and monitoring the customer account details based on company policy.
- Must have great computer experience, good phone, and customer skills.
- Good organizational skills, and a positive attitude
- Must be able to catch errors and correct those errors before processing.
- General office duties, and other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great phone etiquette
- Able to sit, bend, stoop, stand and walk at least 8-10 hours per day.
