Job Description

BILINGUAL HR ASSISTANT 
Magnolia, Texas
Monday - Friday 
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour

 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 
  • Oversees payroll/time and attendance to ensure that everything is submitted in an adequate and timely manner to the corporate office
  • Ensure that employee recruitment is in compliance with the company policy
  • New hire and employment status change documentation
  • Ensures admin, operations and sales teams have the resources needed for optimal performance
  • Supervises and creates PO’s for requisitions and coordinate that purchasing is done in the most cost effective manner
  • Coordinate cycle counts for various departments
  • Keeps property areas in optimal conditions
  • Provides guidance so that maintenance is working preventively
  • Promptly attends to situations that require fixing around the site and gather resources as needed
  • Ensures inventory controls are in place to ensure having reliable information
  • Quality assurance surveys by supervisor for all departments
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years of office manager experience 
  • 2-3 years of HR experience 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent in MS office suite computer skills
