ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Place finished meat products into appropriate packaging or cases
- Weigh and label each case accurately per production requirements
- Inspect product quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Ensure proper sealing, stacking, and handling of product cases
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety guidelines and company hygiene standards
- Work efficiently on a production line to meet daily production goals
- Assist with end-of-shift equipment and area sanitation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in food production or meat processing preferred
- Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow procedures
