$12.00 - $13.00 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet customers and provide assistance with orders, questions, or concerns.
- Operate cash register; accept and process payments including cash, checks, and cards.
- Balance register at start/end of shift; process returns and exchanges per policy.
- Identify and price items; bag, box, and wrap food orders.
- Clean and sanitize tables, workstations, and equipment regularly.
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to orders and recipes.
- Operate cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles.
- Prep ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning produce and meats.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of prep and cooking areas.
- Restock, inspect, and store supplies and raw ingredients.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in food safety a plus.
- Completion of on-the-job training.
- Prior food service or cashier experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Texas Food Handler certificate.
