CNC MACHINIST
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC mills to produce precision-machined components. 
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. 
  • Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for machining operations. 
  • Enter and adjust machine offsets, speeds, feeds, and other operating parameters. 
  • Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. 
  • Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. 
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues. 
  • Complete production and inspection documentation accurately. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. 
 JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum of five years of CNC machining experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills. 
  • Minimum of two years of experience using HAAS CNC controls. 
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and dimensional tolerances. 
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and consistently produce accurate, high-quality components. 
  • Must be available to work five days per week and Saturdays as needed based on production workload.
