CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Monday – Friday
7:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturdays as needed based on workload
$55,000 per year, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Project Oversight: Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate construction crews, promoting a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work to ensure it meets all quality standards and adheres to codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Scheduling and Planning: Create and manage project schedules; track progress and implement adjustments as necessary.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce job site safety policies; perform regular inspections to identify and resolve hazards.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret construction documents, schedules, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
