Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, mandatory overtime
$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Accurately verify product ingredients before adding to the kettle
Follow detailed cooking instructions and recipes
Assemble kettles, pumps, and piping as needed
Assist with product rework in the Packaging Room
Take direction from the Cook Lead to ensure efficient workflow
Operate equipment and perform tasks safely at all times
Adhere to company policies on food safety, product quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Maintain a clean and sanitary Kettle Room
Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic reading and math skills to follow cook instructions
Understanding of HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
Physically able to lift 50 lbs consistently
