CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Annuities
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
$14.04 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding indexed and fixed annuities: make outbound follow-up calls as necessary
- Completing Financial/Non-Financial requests, form requests, etc.
- Document call details accurately
- Resolve customer service-related issues
- Accountable to build/maintain effective relationships with customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent
- Contact/Call Center experience preferred
- Finance/Insurance customer service preferred
- ALMI/FLMI or other related professional designation
- Basic understanding of indexed and fixed annuity services
- Customer service oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to solve problems to find mutually acceptable solutions
- Must have knowledge of and/or ability to maneuver through multiple information screens and have strong keyboard and typing skills required
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, search skills, ability to approach problems logically
- Good verbal/ written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills
