CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Monday - Friday
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$20.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Providing product information and availability
- Evaluate and process purchase orders to ensure customer is provided efficient and timely service
- Work with the shipping department to complete the sales process and ensure the products are delivered in a timely fashion
- Support outside Sales and Finance departments with customer requests or needs
- Have the ability to manage a customer’s portal and demand fluctuations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 5 years of Aerospace experience
- Multi-tasking ability
- Strong basic math
- Employee is regularly required to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Must be able to operate and use all necessary equipment.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to organize, plan and prioritize work

- Visual 8.0 experience a Plus but not required
