CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person requests regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Make updates to existing policies, such as changing coverage levels or personal information.
- Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, exclusions, and premium payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
- Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
- Analyze existing policies and suggest new policies, add-ons, or coverage upgrades to better meet their needs.
- Guide potential customers through the process of obtaining quotes and converting them into new policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to receive General Lines Agent within 30 days (paid process )
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Prior sales experience is a significant asset.
- Knowledge of insurance products preferred.
