ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Assisting the Executive in daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide updates on project timelines, delivery schedules, and order statuses.
- Process customer orders, including reviewing specifications, confirming details, and ensuring accuracy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with blueprints and the ability to read contract plans.
- Prior work experience within the Steel Fabrication business (preferred).
- Computer skills with Word, Excel, AutoCad, and Tekla PowerFab.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent memory skills.
- Quick thinking to address challenges effectively.
