Provides administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
Specific areas of responsibility may include: A/R, Logistics, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, Receptionist, Customer Service, etc.
Develops and maintains office forms and procedures; assists with administrative tasks
Manages record retention for area of responsibility
Performs data entry including 10-key utilizing applicable systems and programs
Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly
Receives and responds to questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, customers, vendors and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person or department
Operates office machines as required
Duplicates and distributes materials
Composes types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material
Other duties, as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1-year related experience
SAP experience a plus
Excellent computer skills required including proficiency in MS Office Suite
Willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment
