ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Monday  - Friday 
8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
$20.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records and documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and company events, prepare agendas, and record minutes when needed.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines, managing communication, and assisting with deliverables.
  • Prepare and process reports, invoices, and basic accounting entries.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee office equipment needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
