PLANNING DATA SUPPORT SPECIALIST

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Accurately enter and update planning, scheduling, and item data in NetSuite
- Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in reducing the backlog of planning and system entries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and updates
- Collaborate with the Planning team to ensure data aligns with production needs
- Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies or missing information
- Provide general administrative support to the Planning team as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous data entry or administrative experience required (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred; NetSuite is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
