PIPING/BRAZING ASSOCIATE
Monday - Thursday 
6:00 am - 4:00 pm 
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform torch brazing on copper, brass, and steel piping in accordance with ASME C3.4 standards
  • Assemble, fit, and fabricate welded pipe assemblies and refrigeration piping systems
  • Read and interpret piping schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately
  • Assemble and disassemble valve assemblies and piping components
  • Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve mechanical or assembly problems as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in piping, brazing, HVAC, or related field
  • Proficiency in copper pipe fitting and fabrication
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints
  • AWS C3.4 certification preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, reaching)
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
