$10.00 - $12.00 DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Answer In-Person and incoming phone inquiries in a professional, accurate and comprehensive manner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effectively operates systems and applications including computer desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, phone systems and the internet
- Balancing and verifying daily transactions
- Assist in handling complaints, presenting appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure that complaint has been resolved
- Filing, money handling
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- HS/GED, preferred
- Ability to actively listen and adapt to a variety of characters
- Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented, and maintain professional appearance
- Proficient on computers
- Alphabetizing/filling skills
- Self-motivated, desire to learn, and be teachable
- Light clean-up and vacuuming at the end of the day
- Insurance experience a plus
- Bi-lingual a plus
