MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
Monday - Thursday 
6:00 am - 4:30 pm 
Friday
6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Install, align, and test pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical valve actuator systems.
  • Verify quality and functionality of completed assemblies through inspection and testing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures for consistent assembly quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve assembly or component issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably within the NOV or oilfield equipment industry.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical actuator systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
