Job Description

RECEPTIONIST
Monday – Friday 
8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs customers and clients.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
  • Establish customer relationships & follow up with customers as needed.
  • Use customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about products and services.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Bilingual preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Must have experience operation standard office equipment. i.e. copier, fax, scanner
  • Previous administrative office experience preferred.
