Job Description

FIELD TECHNICIAN
Monday - Friday 
8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
$14.00 - $17.00  per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with drone spraying operations for agricultural and commercial applications
  • Load, mix, and handle chemicals according to safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Help prepare drones for daily operations, including battery changes and equipment setup
  • Support field operations by transporting supplies, equipment, and materials to job sites
  • Monitor spray operations and assist technicians as needed during applications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on drone equipment and related tools
  • Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and application procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working outdoors in agricultural and commercial environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
  • Ability to work around chemicals and follow proper handling procedures
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience with equipment operation is a plus
  • Agricultural, landscaping, spraying, or field service experience preferred but not required
