GENERAL MANAGER
Direct Hire Opportunity
Monday - Saturday
9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with two days off during the week
May work additional hours as needed to support operations

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused environment.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and schedule team members.
- Lead, coach, counsel, and evaluate team performance to maintain high service and operational standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels; ensure accurate record keeping and proper product handling.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular facility and operations inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Manage labor, food cost, and other controllable expenses to support profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture focused on teamwork, communication, and accountability.
- Communicate expectations clearly to staff; enforce company policies and procedures.
- Foster exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Partner with district-level leadership and HR on operational updates, employee relations, and staffing needs.
- Support business growth through leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of restaurant or food service management experience required.
- Valid Food Handler Certification required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm, tactful, and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and quality control practices.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Flexible availability; schedule generally falls around 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with two weekdays off, though additional availability may be required based on business needs.
