6:00 am ( 10-12 hour shifts )
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Monitor and maintain the flow of fluids in the gutter drainage system.
- Ensure continuous removal of blood, water, and other processing fluids from work areas.
- Clean and sanitize gutter lines and surrounding floor areas to meet food safety standards.
- Identify and report any blockages or malfunctions in the drainage system.
- Assist in preventing buildup of materials that may harbor bacteria or contaminants.
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with facility regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in gutter-meat processing or sanitation
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- Understanding of basic sanitation and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
