Job Description

PRODUCTION LEAD
Raw Side 
Monday - Friday 
7:00 am - 4:00 pm
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  
  • Will direct the work of employees in raw side production to ensure efficient production flow
  • May assist in training new employees 
  • Assist plant manager in daily operations
  • Helps with record keeping of HACCP documents
  • Coordinates orders for production with department managers or supervisors
  • Receive and check in deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS  
  • Bi-lingual is a required
  • HACCP participation knowledge
  • Food Production experience required
