$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform general stocking labor, including moving freight, stock, and other materials
- Determines work assignments and material or equipment needs based on written work orders or oral instructions
- Transports freight, stock, and other materials by hand or using trucks to and from various locations
- Sorts cargo before loading and unloading
- Loads and unloads cargo using appropriate tools
- Uses bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
- Stacks cargo where directed using pallets or cargo boards
- Transport tools and supplies from the storage unit to the work area and return them after use
- Uses daily production sheets or work tickets to record the number of units moved or managed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to follow directions
- Ability to handle materials and equipment in a responsible manner
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds
- Steel toe shoes required.
