PREP ROOM TECHNICIAN

$15.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, dicing, and mixing ingredients
- Label, store, and maintain food items at proper temperatures
- Assist with the assembly and packaging of food products
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely ingredient preparation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in commercial food preparation or production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move light items
