GREENHOUSE PRODUCTION WORKER
Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
7:00 am - 5:00 pm
$12.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist with daily plant care, including planting, pruning, spacing, staking, fertilizing, and weeding
- Prepare beds and help maintain healthy growing areas
- Pull plants and help build customer orders for shipment
- Grade plants and prepare them for delivery
- Operate basic equipment such as tractors, trucks, or mules as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with basic inventory tasks such as counting or organizing plants
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly throughout the workday
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Operate or learn to operate basic equipment such as tractors or utility vehicles
- Follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Maintain reliable attendance, including occasional Saturdays or holidays
