GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Monday - Friday
Flexible hours, half days available, part time/or full time
$17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cut grass and maintain yard areas
- Clean the shop and yard, including removal of debris, nails, and trash
- Pressure wash patios and exterior surfaces
- Wash and clean company equipment
- Paint lines on warehouse floors and spray paint or label areas in the yard/warehouse
- Build crates using tools such as a table saw (as needed)
- Perform general maintenance and handyman tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous general labor or maintenance experience preferred
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (e.g., table saw, pressure washer, paint sprayer)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE when required
