HOUSING CASE WORKER/ INSPECTOR
Monday – Friday
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
$16.83 per hour, DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department, data entry, excel reporting, and filing
- Processing employee evaluations
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must work well with people and possess good telephone and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and Word is mandatory
- Microsoft Access experience, would be a plus
- Human Resource/Payroll experience is a plus but will consider either a student studying HR that is a fast learner or someone with previous experience that hasn’t been working for some time, wanting to re-enter the workforce
