ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for new hires
- Coordinate onboarding, including document verification, background checks, drug screenings, physicals, and new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, tardies, and PTO usage
- Administer benefits enrollment and related documentation
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll information
- Compile and maintain weekly efficiency and HR-related reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Support employee performance evaluations and disciplinary processes
- Maintain and organize Safety Data Sheets and compliance documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Safety experience preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA industry standards preferred
