INDUSTRIAL PAINTER/PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

8:00 am - 4:30 pm
$13.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Prepare plastic parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer.
- Mix and apply industrial paint and coatings using spray equipment.
- Inspect painted parts to ensure quality, color accuracy, and proper finish.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean.
- Float between production departments to assist where needed.
- Support production tasks such as molding, trimming, assembly, packaging, or material handling.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred.
- Ability to use spray painting equipment and basic hand tools.
- Ability to identify paint defects and maintain quality standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work in multiple production areas as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
