IT-DATA PROCESSOR/SYSTEM OPERATOR
Monday – Friday, mandatory extended hours as needed
Rotating Flexible Shifts
6:00 am - 3:00 pm and/or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$16.77 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform daily clerical tasks which require a high level of attention to detail, including but not limited to
- Various accounting functions
- Agent commission processing
- FTP data file transfers
- Required to assist with end of month and end of year processing that may involve working late hours.
- Assist with operation of Pitney Bowes hardware & software.
- Assist with basic computer hardware issues and printing problems.
- Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Show competency in learning new software and functionality.
- Be flexible to work weekends and any shift when needed.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Other duties as requested by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of clerical support
- Knowledge: Relevant software certifications preferred but not required
- Interpersonal Skills: Must have effective communication skills and demonstrate ability to handle multiple and/or changing priorities
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
