PRODUCTION WORKER
Monday - Friday
1:30 pm - 12:00 am, mandatory overtime as needed
$15.25 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Work as part of a team on a production line to assemble, sort, and pack materials and products
- Ensure quality control standards are met for all materials and finished products
- Monitor and maintain correct quantities and types of materials used
- Stack pallets, pack products into boxes, and inspect for defects
- Follow safety, quality, and communication standards throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in paid training and follow all company policies and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong commitment to attendance, quality, safety, and teamwork
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus (training provided)
