Job Description

INDUSTRIAL PAINTER
Monday - Friday 
7:00 am - 5:00 pm 
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare tanks and metal components for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)
  • Apply industrial coatings using airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality, coverage, and proper thickness
  • Operate and maintain paint equipment, including airless sprayers and compressors
  • Move, stage, and rig tanks and materials as needed
  • Follow work orders and material specifications accurately
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety policies and company procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in industrial painting and/or sandblasting preferred
  • Ability to operate airless paint sprayers required
  • Warehouse or inventory experience a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and safety instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Basic math and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts or material-handling equipment
