Job Description

PRODUCTION POSITION
Monday - Friday 
8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
$12.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Perform physically demanding manual labor in a fast-paced production environment
  • Operate manual equipment and assist with rubber mat production processes
  • Roll heavy rubber mats off the production line and perform trimming as needed
  • Consistently lift up to 50 lbs independently; assist with heavier loads using team lift protocols
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support automation processes as implemented
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No experience necessary—training will be provided
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs 
  • Must be in good physical condition with the ability to handle strenuous, repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to perform hard manual labor in a production setting
