COMPOST YARD WORKER
Monday – Friday
7:30 am – 4:00 pm, must be able to work overtime and weekends.
$14.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Fill, weigh, and seal compost bags accurately
- Stack, palletize, and move filled bags as required
- Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisor
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general yard and production duties as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions required
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
