Job Description

MANUFACTURING PAINTER
Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
$13.00 per hour
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 
 
  • Prepare surfaces of molded interior parts by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades for various vehicle makes and models.
  • Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or other tools, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
  • Inspect painted parts for quality, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area, following safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
  • Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during the painting process.
  • Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in automotive painting or manufacturing painting preferred.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and application techniques.
  • Ability to work with various painting tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to painting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
